Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our tax-specific department. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls related to property tax inquiries and provide exceptional support to customers and lending partners. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls regarding property tax-related questions Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed Handle 2040 calls per day, many of which may be lengthy and detailed Review and research faxes and emails, routing them to the appropriate lenders or clients Navigate multiple screens and work across 57 applications simultaneously Manage transferred calls from lenders and provide accurate, timely assistance Adapt to evolving processes and system updates Initially manage calls for approximately three assigned lenders Use MSP and Black Knight applications for case management Handle escalation calls with professionalism and apply effective de-escalation techniques Required Skills: Call center operations Excel data entry and general computer proficiency Strong customer support and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a tax or mortgage-focused call center (highly preferred) Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pomona, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
