Body Shop Foreman
Join the team as a Paint Manager and lead a skilled team in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You'll oversee workflow, manage staff, and ensure top-quality finishes while supporting growth and safety in the paint department. Key responsibilities include: Leading, training, and scheduling paint department staff Hiring and conducting performance reviews Assigning and prioritizing work to meet quality and deadline standards Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop Coordinating with customers and insurance companies for quotes and repairs Benefits and pay: $60,000 - $80,000/year based on experience.
