Job Summary: Radiologic Technologists perform a variety of radiological examinations and patient observations under the prescription and sometimes direct supervision of a radiologist, roentgenologist, or other physician. The role supports physicians in developing accurate clinical information to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Minimum Education:
Possession of a license and current registration to practice radiologic technology in New York State.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Job Duties:
Read and interpret physician requests and instructions regarding radiological procedures. Conduct radiological examinations and patient observations following prescribed protocols. Operate radiologic equipment safely and accurately. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures. Maintain proper documentation of radiologic procedures and results. Assist physicians by providing accurate clinical images and information.
Preferred Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medical instructions precisely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare staff. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, radiologists, and other medical professionals. Compassion, patience, and professionalism in handling patient care.

Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, 5 days/week. Public Transportation: Bus, train, and taxi options are in close proximity. Interviews: Will be conducted (details to be provided during the hiring process). Training: Will be provided.
