Corporate Mid-Level or Senior Associate - Private Credit
Location: New York
We are seeking attorneys for associate positions at our AmLaw 100 client's New York office for their Private Credit practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to private credit transactions, including with direct lenders, private credit funds, and other institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and recapitalization transactions.
Preferred candidates will have experience structuring and executing traditional first-lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second-lien, subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments, and non-traditional preferred stock financings and equity co-investments.
Must be admitted to the New York Bar and have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong academic background. The anticipated salary is $310,000 - $420,000
