This opportunity is for an experienced Staff Pharmacist with immunization certification, ready to lead in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment. The role is based in Gardnerville, NV, within a busy pharmacy undergoing staffing transitions. Candidates should bring strong leadership experience, ideally as a Pharmacy Manager or Person in Charge (PIC) in a retail setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations Lead and mentor pharmacy staff during a period of change Administer immunizations and provide exceptional patient care Utilize pharmacy software (ERx training provided) Coordinate inventory and manage workflow efficiently to maintain service quality Qualifications / Desired Experience: Valid and clear Nevada pharmacist license Immunization certification required Prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager or PIC in retail pharmacy is highly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Additional Details: Contract position with potential for contract-to-hire Duration: Approximately 13 weeks Located about an hour south of Reno, NV ERx pharmacy software training will be provided This is an exciting chance to take a leadership role in a high-activity pharmacy setting while supporting the community through immunization services.
