Currently, we are seeking a trained Mobile Contract Witness to enhance our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Witness and notarize contracts remotely or on the go, verifying identities and adding official seals.
• Administer oaths, certify copies, and provide guidance on the notarization process.
• Maintain accurate records of signings and IDs.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams.
• Experience in witnessing signings is beneficial.
• Understanding of relevant laws and standards.
• Familiarity with online tools for remote witnessing.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous procedures. Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Upholding ethical standards.

PAYMENT

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
