Technical Sales Specialist

Twisted Development Racing, LLC headquartered in Murrieta, CA is seeking new talent. We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Specialist.

With the right experience and more importantly a positive, team-oriented attitude, this position could be yours.

Combining in-depth motorcycle repair knowledge with people skills in a office and shop environment. This position works closely with customers and vendors.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.
• Interact with customers both in-store and on the phone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with riders, dealers, and racing teams.
• Driving sales of our performance parts and services by applying proven sales strategies.
• Educate customers on products and help them find the best solutions for their needs.
• Have working knowledge of most common factory motorcycles.
• Be able to effectively manage open repair orders.
• Proactive follow up with current and previous customers.
• Collaborate with our tech and racing departments to stay ahead of the latest developments.
• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Computer knowledgeable a must.
• Lightspeed preferred but will train the right person.
• Strong background in the Motorsports industry.
• Mechanic background/experience a plus.
• Creative problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects; excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and people skills — you know how to build trust and close deals.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated, organized, and ready to hit goals.

This is a full time position and wage is based on experience.
