Growth Marketing Manager - SF

Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build a modern, measurable, full‑funnel growth engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Measure ROI and ROAS across paid ad channels.
  • Work with marketing leadership and vendors to build, manage, and optimize SEO and GEO strategies.
  • Scale blog output, category education, and search‑driven articles.
  • Manage website improvements with the design team and agency.
  • Own the customer advocacy journey: onboarding, engagement, retention, advocacy, and expansion.
  • Map the customer journey with marketing, customer success, and founders.
  • Create customer stories, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Develop campaigns encouraging content sharing, webinars, events, and referrals.
  • Lead community and membership programs to foster engagement.
  • Own funnel performance metrics: CAC, pipeline contribution, ROAS, SEO, customer engagement, retention signals, and advocacy conversion.
  • Present data‑driven insights to leadership to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience at a Series A‑C startup.
  • Demand generation experience required.
  • Customer marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and revenue metrics.
  • Ability to plan and ship campaigns quickly with clear measurement and iteration.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Bonus: experience with AI‑assisted content creation (GEO, programmatic content, automated keyword clustering).
  • Comfortable owning multiple programs at once.
  • This is not a remote role; must attend the SF office 5x/week.
