Job Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the successful sourcing and selling of Spotlio’s solutions within the attraction and ski space. This remote role will focus on actively sourcing and closing deals with theme parks, resorts, ski destinations, and other attraction venues. The Sales Executive will have the opportunity to drive customer profitability by enhancing guest experiences and streamlining operational efficiencies using Spotlio’s suite of innovative technology solutions. The role involves demonstrating the value of Spotlio’s solutions, ensuring a positive Return on Investment (ROI) for prospective clients, and aligning solutions with each client’s unique business needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage key decision‑makers within target accounts, including ski resorts, amusement parks, and other large attraction venues.
- Relationship Building & Management: Navigate and cultivate long‑term relationships with executives, department heads, and other stakeholders within target organizations.
- Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored, data‑driven proposals to prospective clients, showcasing how Spotlio’s solutions drive operational efficiencies and enhance the guest experience.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work across multiple departments within target accounts (e.g., Marketing, Customer Success) to promote Spotlio’s value proposition and address customer needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, with a focus on high‑value accounts in the attraction and ski space.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand client requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure alignment between Spotlio's offerings and customer needs.
