Senior Sales Agent (Hybrid)

Indiana Custom Fabrication is a growing metal fabrication company specializing in laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, powder coating, and engineering support. We partner with OEMs and Tier suppliers to deliver high-quality, reliable fabricated components. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Agent to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within manufacturing, industrial, and OEM markets Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing agents, engineers, and decision-makers Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer inquiries Collaborate with our internal team to ensure customer needs are met Represent Indiana Custom Fabrication professionally and honestly What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule Sales experience preferred (manufacturing or industrial sales a plus, but not required) Comfortable working remotely and independently Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow earnings Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $25,000 – $65,000 (based on experience) Bonus / Commission opportunities Holiday pay Vacation pay Paid time off (PTO) Flexible schedule Work-from-home option Why Indiana Custom Fabrication?
