Responsibilities Support the development and execution of Bucked Up’s PR and earned media strategy aligned with brand priorities and campaign calendars
Pitch stories, products, partnerships, and brand moments to national, trade, lifestyle, fitness, and digital media outlets
Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, editors, creators, and podcast hosts
Manage press outreach around product launches, athlete partnerships, collaborations, and seasonal moments
Develop and maintain press materials including press releases, media kits, fact sheets, and talking points
Support planning and execution of press-facing experiential events including expos, pop-ups, athlete appearances, and brand activations
Coordinate on-site media engagement at events and work with Field Marketing teams to turn activations into earned-media moments
Partner with influencer and athlete teams to support earned and organic influencer coverage
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of PR or communications experience, ideally in CPG, fitness, or lifestyle brands
Hands‑on experience supporting experiential events, activations, or brand moments
Proven ability to secure earned coverage and build strong media and influencer relationships
Strong writing skills across press releases, pitches, and messaging documents
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple fast‑moving priorities
Strategic thinker with an executional mindset — you know how to make things happen
Comfort working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Passion for fitness, performance, or lifestyle brands is a plus
