Tarvos Talent is seeking an HR & Employee Relations Generalist for a rapidly expanding organization based in Central Austin. This fully in-office role has opened due to growth and offers the opportunity to influence culture while ensuring smooth HR practices across the organization. In this position, you’ll take on a wide range of HR responsibilities that support people and processes, including employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3+ years of professional HR experience. A strong understanding of HR fundamentals, employment regulations, and HR systems is important, as is the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with employees at all levels. Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and programs. Support compliance and HR operations to ensure efficient processes. Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to shape and reinforce organizational culture. Partner with other HR functions to assist in day-to-day HR activities as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of professional HR experience. Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, employment regulations, and HR systems.
