Human Resources Recruiter (Manufacturing) – Permanent full-time role in Raritan, NJ. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. This is a confidential search for one of Ajulia Executive Search's preferred clients. Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar field Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields Knowledge of labor and employment laws Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Experience with sourcing techniques Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eligibility & Employment
