You must have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. The individual in this role must be comfortable and confident on the phone, as this is a major part of this position. Responsibilities: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Provide regular updates to candidates on their application status Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements Who You Are: You are passionate about recruiting – you keep abreast of news and trends in the industry You are a highly ambitious individual who demonstrates a strong initiative and independent thinking You have strong writing and communication skills You are attentive and eager to learn from senior members of the team Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience Compensation: $55,000+/year Seniority level
