We are seeking an experienced and driven
Staffing Account Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations for client accounts in the light industrial staffing sector. This role is client-facing, requiring exceptional relationship-building, responsiveness, and organizational skills. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proven ability to thrive under pressure. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our staffing teams, ensuring staffing requirements are met on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Conduct regular on-site client visits to assess satisfaction, staffing needs, and potential growth opportunities. Collaborate with recruitment teams to source and place qualified candidates efficiently. Oversee temporary employees on-site, ensuring a positive work experience and addressing any concerns. Monitor account performance, staffing volumes, and revenue targets; provide updates to leadership. Participate in client meetings to review staffing levels, service improvements, and forecasts. Utilize VMS, ATS, and other platforms to manage staffing orders and track performance metrics. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of client account management experience in the staffing industry (light industrial focus preferred). Proven success managing a portfolio valued at $2M+ annually. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide. Strong organizational skills and ability to work evenings/weekends when necessary. University degree preferred but not required. Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. What We Offer
