Commercial / Sales Analyst
REPORTS TO:
Assistant Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the Assistant Manager and Manager, analyzes sales data for the commercial department, and communicates with customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with volume and revenue forecasting and month accrual, revenue, and volume reporting.
Provide recommendations to Management related to market and customer strategies.
Perform sales price verification with customers.
Maintain SAP system data timely and accurately as required.
Communicate with customers to assist resolve concerns.
Provide information on customer requests and reporting.
Responsible for Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.
Assist with parts shipments as needed by working with other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
Prior working experience in Auto manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
Korean-English bilingual candidate required due to communication with Korean customers and suppliers.
Understanding of industry and customers (Hyundai, Kia) strongly preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role required.
Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
N/A
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily office work environment.
TRAVEL:
Occasional travel to customer sites by car.
