What you will be doing as the Recruiter (Industrial):
Manage process of bringing contracted employees on full time to the company, including all onboarding.
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions for industrial, labor, and production positions.
Source candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, community engagement and industry events.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for industrial positions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the industrial sector.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Responsible for full cycle recruiting
What you will need as the Recruiter (Industrial):
Bachelor's degree
2+ years recruiting in industrial, production or warehousing industry
Experience utilizing ATS, Workday preferred
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
