Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2–5 years of recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced growth.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles including production operators, quality technicians, maintenance personnel, and other skilled positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures.
Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and community outreach programs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing roles in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environments is required.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Knowledge and relationships with local career development organizations.
Experience representing the Company at job fairs and networking events.
Experience with inclusive hiring practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize workload and execute autonomously.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of state and federal hiring requirements.
