The Opportunity… The Porsche Experience Centers (PEC) are a brand immersion destination for automobile enthusiasts. They offer the ability for guests of all ages to take in the heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life.
AMCI is contracted by Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) to deliver the management of core operations for the PEC: drive, logistics, events, marketing and customer experience.
The Corporate Event Coordinator plays a critical role in planning, executing, and supporting corporate events at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles (PECLA). This position is responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating client communications, and ensuring seamless on‑site event execution. The Corporate Event Coordinator will work cross‑functionally with multiple teams to ensure every event meets the highest standards of excellence while maintaining Porsche’s brand identity.
How You'll Contribute… Event Planning & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, pricing, and facility availability.
Plan and execute corporate events from initial inquiry to post‑event follow‑up.
Develop and manage event itineraries, meeting room setups, and guest flow logistics.
Work closely with internal departments (Customer Experience, Drive Team, Marketing, and Facilities) to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain and update the event calendar with meticulous attention to detail.
On‑Site Event Execution
Act as the lead or support for multiple events throughout the year.
Oversee event‑day logistics, ensuring a premium experience for all guests.
Serve as the liaison between clients and PECLA teams to execute events effectively.
Communicate setup requirements for meeting rooms and event spaces.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Provide administrative support for the Events Team and assist with special projects.
Prepare event proposals, contracts, and weekly team reports.
Process payments and track transactions related to event bookings.
Monitor and manage the Events Team inbox and voicemail for client inquiries.
Track and distribute event leads while maintaining organized data entry.
Conduct KPI reporting and analyze event data for performance improvements.
What We're Looking For…
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
0‑1+ year of experience in event planning or office administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite.
Experience working in a fixed venue, hospitality, or automotive industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Bonus Points…
Knowledge of the automotive industry.
Experience coordinating corporate events in high‑end or luxury environments.
Familiarity with event management software and CRM systems.
