Weekly Base Pay + Weekly Commission!

That’s right — you’ll earn a

guaranteed weekly base pay

plus

weekly commission payouts

Responsibilities

Customer Service

Use scripts to identify customer needs for our products and services, and proactively address customer concerns.

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers with a friendly, professional, and ethical approach.

Answer client questions, resolve issues, and provide support regarding products or services.

Work collaboratively with our team to achieve collective success.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.

Bring energy and persistence to every call — every conversation is an opportunity!

Data Management

Update customer information in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in sales, account management, or a related role preferred.

Ability to follow sales scripts and handle objections with confidence.

Strong understanding of customer service practices.

Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

Must adhere to company policies and procedures for attendance and attire.
