Motivate & Inspire:
Run daily huddles, energy boosters, contests, and recognition moments to keep the team engaged and focused.
Problem Solve:
Handle escalated calls, resolve issues quickly, and support agents with tools and strategies to succeed.
Collaborate:

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a call center environment (sales‑focused strongly preferred)
Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
A data‑driven mindset — comfortable reviewing metrics and making decisions
Positive attitude, solution‑oriented approach, and strong accountability
