Responsibilities
Support and analyze new sales pricing requests with accurate, timely financial analysis
Perform margin, profitability, and pricing trend analysis by product and customer
Develop pricing models and dashboards to identify margin opportunities and risks
Prepare product- and customer-level P&Ls to support decision-making
Analyze win/loss data, promotions, and quote outcomes
Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, production planning, and finance
Maintain pricing accuracy within ERP systems
Support RFQs/RFPs, new product costing, and pricing methodologies
Evaluate freight costs and recommend cost-efficient options
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
4–7 years of experience in manufacturing, CPG, or cost/pricing-focused finance roles
Strong understanding of cost structures, pricing, and margin analysis
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)
Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision, Great Plains, or similar)
Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong business mindset
Outgoing, ambitious, and comfortable partnering with cross-functional leaders
