Role Description This is a contract, commission‑only, remote position in real estate. We have a 90‑10% commission structure. Our brokerage only takes 10% from the sale.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential acquisition targets, off‑market properties, residential or commercial properties (mainly hotels and multi‑family buildings), conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing the acquisition and closing process from start to finish. We sell off‑market properties that include land, single‑family homes, multi‑family and commercial. We do not post the listings on the MLS. We use effective email marketing to market the properties to our pool of selected domestic and international buyers.

Qualifications

Experience in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities in real estate.

Strong negotiation and deal‑making skills.

Analytical skills with proficiency in due diligence processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Experience in real estate is a plus.
