Duncan Media is a Richmond, Indiana‑based family‑owned network of five small market radio stations covering east central Indiana and western Ohio. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our Richmond, IN office.
Responsibilities
Reach decision makers, set meetings, analyze client needs, and craft compelling radio and digital advertising presentations that address client objectives.
Prospect, discover client needs, create marketing plans, present, and close sales.
Maintain a strong understanding of the local market, marketing concepts, and the local media landscape.
Act as a liaison between the production department and projects.
Assist with the execution of promotions and events.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
Qualifications
Previous broadcast, print, or digital media advertising experience or education is preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
