Base pay range: $200,000.00–$250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Leading and overseeing the full spectrum of tax services — compliance, planning, advisory — for high‑net‑worth individuals, businesses, and family offices.
Developing and executing tax strategies that minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, including staying abreast of tax reform and regulatory changes.
Managing, mentoring, and growing a team of tax professionals; helping with hiring, performance management, training, and ensuring high‑quality work product.
Building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships; identifying new business opportunities, participating in proposals, delivering client service excellence, and ensuring client retention.
Serving as a thought leader in the firm on tax matters—both internally (sharing best practices, improving processes) and externally (speaking, writing, representing the firm).
