What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Timely and accurate posting of cash receipts to customer accounts
Balancing daily cash receipt input files to ensure completeness
Assisting field personnel with cash-related research and transactions
Communicating with customers regarding short-paid balances and unidentified payments
Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve issues efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications)
Multi‑division accounts receivable processing experience
Minimum of 2 years of high‑volume data entry experience
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform v‑lookups and create pivot tables
High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with cash applications in a corporate setting
Familiarity with financial software and accounting principles
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
