Copywriter, Healthcare & Pharma Marketing

Position Summary Levo Health is hiring a Copywriter to support healthcare, digital health, and pharmaceutical clients across the full care continuum, with a strong emphasis on performance‑driven marketing copy within regulated environments. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, including experience working within MLR review processes, FDA‑regulated content, and brand governance requirements. You will write conversion‑focused ad copy, headlines, CTAs, landing pages, emails, and longer‑form educational content that is clear, compliant, and effective. The ideal candidate is both a strong marketing writer and a disciplined healthcare communicator, comfortable balancing creativity, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Write high‑performing ad copy, headlines, subheads, and CTAs for paid media, landing pages, and campaigns.
Develop conversion‑focused copy for websites, emails, landing pages, and digital experiences.
Create longer‑form educational and brand content, including blogs, condition pages, and campaign narratives.
Translate complex medical, clinical, and scientific information into clear, accurate, and compelling language.
Write copy that complies with FDA regulations and client brand standards.
Prepare, revise, and respond to content for MLR review, incorporating feedback efficiently and accurately.
Conduct independent research using credible clinical and industry sources.
Interview subject matter experts, including clinicians and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with account, media, creative, and strategy teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
Edit, proofread, and optimize copy for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and performance.
Manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of professional copywriting experience.
Strong healthcare marketing background required.
Direct experience working with MLR review processes for pharmaceutical or regulated healthcare brands.
Demonstrated ability to write performance‑driven ad copy, headlines, and CTAs.
Experience writing for patient, provider, and professional audiences.
Strong research, fact‑checking, and source evaluation skills.
Comfort reading and interpreting scientific, medical, or technical materials.
Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Writing samples required, including ad copy and healthcare‑regulated work.
