Zia Zensations is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines retail sales with product preparation, offering the opportunity to share wellness knowledge while ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting essential oils, crystals, and CBD products. Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and best practices. Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing oils and other products. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Contribute to meeting sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge. Qualifications
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (wellness/holistic product knowledge is a plus, but not required). Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills with a passion for helping people. Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
