What You’ll Do:
Provide hands‑on coaching to the sales team, deliver training on effective customer service techniques and mentoring both new and seasoned representatives on best practices to elevate performance
Ensure consistently high Customer Satisfaction scores by analyzing performance metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
Recruit, inspire, and oversee the performance of the sales teams.
Maintain expert‑level product knowledge to support team and customer engagement
Implement and manage a robust CRM system to ensure timely and effective follow‑up with all prospective buyers.
Oversee the delivery process.
