The role supports our erosion control division across Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Eastern Georgia.

We operate throughout Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Eastern Georgia, specializing in silt fence, hydroseeding, SWPPP inspections, and construction debris removal.

Job Summary This is a general labor position responsible for the physical installation of silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and other erosion control services on residential and commercial sites, as well as operating a work truck. The Crew Member‑Driver follows direction from the Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently, maintains equipment, represents the company professionally, and may advance to a Crew Leader role with a clean driving record.

Duties & Functions

Review daily schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.

Assist with loading trucks with installation materials.

Drive company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.

Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers and homeowners.

Complete erosion control work to a high standard of quality.

Follow all safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.

Install all erosion control products according to crew leader’s direction.

Communicate effectively with operations managers and crew members.

Achieve daily and weekly goals for silt fence installation output.

Inspect and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns via the proper chain of command.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (insurance requirements).

Ability to listen, follow directions, and work independently.

Strong problem‑solving and communication skills within a team.

Commitment to customer service and professional representation.

Reliable and punctual attendance.

Physically fit, able to work long days outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic literacy: able to read and write legibly.

High character, honesty, and integrity.

Use of good judgment and sound decision making.

Initiative and proactive performance improvement.

Preferred: experience with erosion‑control tools and equipment, pulling a trailer.

Must have a reliable cell phone.
