As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role not just as a representative but as the face of our brand in the region. Your impact goes beyond sales – you are the ambassador of our values and vision, forging strong connections within the broader beauty industry and championing the adoption of Booksy among businesses.

Responsibilities

Build face‑to‑face relationships and share business solutions with potential clients.

Manage a pipeline of potential clients, leveraging cold calls, walk‑ins, and social media outreach to grow your book of business.

Attend industry events, conduct demos, and educate clients on the app’s features to ensure their success.

Follow up proactively and maintain a strong work ethic to exceed sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Prior exposure to field sales (2‑4 years preferred).

Must be located in Jacksonville and have access to a vehicle to drive to client locations.

Results‑driven attitude with a motivation and track record of exceeding sales targets.

Experience in the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.

Experience selling for technology/SaaS companies and working with small‑business clients is a plus.

Experience with Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline.

Salary Range $50,000‑65,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
