The candidate will primarily handle immigration litigation cases as well as family-based immigration cases as needed. Responsibilities
Consult with clients Draft support letters and forms Review filings Communicate with various government agencies Attend hearings and interviews with clients Draft pleadings and appeals Supervise support staff Attend community fora and seminars organized by the firm Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have at least two (2) years of immigration law experience, including adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing cases. Must possess excellent analytical skills, outstanding writing skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others. Must be highly ethical and professional, in good standing with the state bar, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Law review/journal or immigration clinic experience preferred. Spanish fluency is preferred. Benefits
