As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will amplify our message and reach through effective digital campaigns. You will create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while aligning with LunaJoy’s values of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads search, display, and video campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
Develop and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, ensuring alignment with LunaJoy’s goals and values.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to meet KPIs.
Allocate advertising budgets across platforms for maximum ROI.
Implement strategic audience targeting and segmentation based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with the LunaJoy team to align campaigns with overall brand strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
Independent work ethic with effective time management.
Nice to Haves

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $8.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Offer Stage Successful candidates receive a formal offer outlining compensation, benefits, and role details, allowing final questions before decision.
Onboarding & Training Once the offer is accepted, onboarding begins with tool setup, system learning, and role-specific training to ensure a smooth transition from day one.
