As Senior Retail Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing, growing, and optimizing relationships with specialty retail partners to drive brand visibility, sales growth, and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary liaison between Arrae’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product) and our retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives and retail programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration while overseeing day-to-day account operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and is passionate about retail growth strategies. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, with travel required for in-person retailer meetings and product training sessions across the U.S. About The Role As Senior Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing, maintaining, and growing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring exceptional service, brand representation, and long-term success. Leading cross-functional collaboration - Acting as the primary liaison between Arrae’s Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams and retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives. Driving retail growth strategy - Developing and executing short- and long-term plans to expand retail presence and enhance performance across key accounts. Analyzing and presenting sales data - Tracking weekly performance, identifying key trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize retail strategies. Developing training & brand materials - Creating product training decks, brand presentations, and sales tools to educate partners & sales associates. Planning and executing retailer marketing initiatives - Overseeing strategic campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional programs to enhance brand visibility and performance. Optimizing retail execution - Working closely with partners to monitor and improve inventory management, merchandising, and on-shelf availability. Traveling for retailer meetings & training - Conducting in-person store visits, retailer meetings, and product training sessions across the U.S. to strengthen partnerships and maximize in-store performance. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in retail account management, sales, or operations within the consumer goods, wellness, or beauty space. People-oriented - You have strong interpersonal skills and can build trust and lasting relationships with retailers. Proven track record in developing and executing retail growth strategies, managing account relationships, and overseeing merchandising and promotional initiatives. Analytical mindset - You’re comfortable working with data and insights to drive business decisions. Highly organized & detail-oriented - You can manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and coordinate internal teams to support retailer success. Exceptional communicator - Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated & proactive - You take initiative, solve problems, and execute with efficiency. Based in LA or willing to travel for retailer meetings and training sessions.
