Mileage rate: $0.56–$0.63 CPM ($1,120–$1,260 base, experience-dependent)
Extra unload compensation: $285 per load (you handle it with gravity rollers — no pallets or lumpers needed)
Typical loads: 2–3 per week → $570–$855 unload bonus (conservative calc at 2 loads)
Average weekly earnings: $1,690–$1,975 (potential for $2,100+ on busier weeks)

What the Job Involves
Hand-unload floor-loaded dry freight (boxed goods, 1–35 lbs each) using gravity rollers at retail stops.
Expect 2–6 deliveries per run, 1,500–2,500 cases per trailer (seasonal/route variance).
Average 2–3 full loads weekly — physical but straightforward work for capable drivers.
Paid Training & Equipment
3-load mentor program with ride-along ($200 per training day, 1–1.5 weeks total)
Jump straight to full mileage + unload rates post-training
Regional Coverage Home base in Eastern Texas, running lanes through TX, NM, AZ, Southern Nevada, Southern Utah, and Southern Colorado.

Qualifications Needed
Active Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months solo TT experience in the last 12 months
At least 21 years old
Clean/safe driving record
