We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Associate to support our growing portfolio of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about climate solutions and eager to build a career in sales within the clean energy sector. Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned regions. Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement. Work with senior sales and technical teams to prepare presentations and conduct outreach. Maintain CRM database and track leads, conversions, and follow-up activity. Represent RIFE International at networking events and industry functions. Educate prospective clients on RIFE’s services and project capabilities. Support bid processes and RFP responses. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in clean energy or construction. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ready to grow your career?
