About the Role
- Alpinestars is looking for a
Senior Accounting Specialist
to join the Finance Department at our HQ. Responsibilities:
Communication flows and corporate activities with foreign subsidiaries, and management of the monthly intercompany reconciliation process with all the Group legal entities. Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing and consolidation process. Recurring overview and analysis of the Trial Balance of Italian entities, monitoring the compliance with Italian GAAP and guaranteeing the correctness of accounting processes. Assistance in the definition and improvements of Group accounting procedures and policies. Assistance in the preparation of audit workpapers for year-end audits with external auditors. Assistance in the General Accounting processes and Fixed Assets analysis, including support to the other Group Companies. Assistance in the preparation of the annual Statutory Financial Statements of Italian entities and the Group Consolidated Financial Statements. Requirements
Required Skills Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience of 5-8 years in an international group as accounting, auditor, financial statements. Excellent accounting knowledge (IFRS/Italian GAAP). Fluency in English is required. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient in preparing clear, concise, and accurate information. Decision-making attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork skills, results-oriented, and ambitious mindset. Preferred Skills Experience in auditing or tax consultancy will be a plus.
