Technical Service Lead Experience:
12-15 years of hands-on experience in technical services. Domain Expertise:
Should have experience in the Cybersecurity domain, including Network Security, Email Security, SIEM, Vulnerability Management (VM), Application Security, GRC, Privileged Access Management (Delinea), and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Soft Skills & Delivery Management:
Strong soft skills, experience in delivery management, working with senior leadership, and excellent report/presentation skills. Specialization:
Expert in 2-3 Cybersecurity domains. Initiative & Problem-Solving:
Ability to drive initiatives, address gaps, manage risks and challenges, and propose the best solutions, products, and tools to enhance security and futuristic readiness against cyber threats. Project Management & Automation:
Experience in project management, P&L, invoice management, and driving automation through central solutions and AI integration for productivity benefits. ITIL & Tool Knowledge:
Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident reporting, incident management, change management, risk assessment, and impact analysis. Familiarity with current tools and market updates. Leadership & Training:
Experience in driving KPIs, managing teams, conducting training initiatives to bridge knowledge gaps. Client Engagement & Reporting:
Ability to drive client objectives, provide recommendations, and best practices during MBR and QBR meetings. Experience in conducting daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, with effective data presentation.
