Job Duties and Responsibilities
Design and produce creative assets for internal and external marketing initiatives including brochures, flyers, advertisements, direct mail, email campaigns, social media assets, and digital marketing ads. Digital marketing ads include paid social, display advertising, and other online promotional campaigns.
Lead creative direction and contribute to brand strategy by ensuring alignment with brand standards, messaging, visual identity, and overall brand positioning. Support the evolution and strengthening of the company brand.
Develop and design visually engaging presentation materials to support executive leadership, management meetings, company initiatives, and training programs.
Mentor and train junior designers, providing guidance and oversight throughout the creative process to ensure high-quality design work and professional growth.
Manage relationships with external creative partners ensuring quality, timelines, and brand consistency.
Secondary functions may include, based on location and business need:
Support the recommendation, implementation, and maintenance of design technology, hardware, and software.
Assist with writing or refining marketing content when needed, including advertising copy, features, bios, and press materials.
Provide creative support for sales and business initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality production of marketing materials.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications We are looking for a creative professional who thrives on producing exceptional work, collaborating with a team, and pushing the boundaries of design. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a passion for storytelling, marketing, and brand elevation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
Minimum of five years of professional graphic design experience across both print and digital media platforms.
Experience or familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including video and content creation (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) on both PC and Mac platforms.
Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling materials.
Strong understanding of print production and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Team player with a client‑focused mindset, committed to elevating the work of the company and our agents.

Must provide a link to a professional portfolio showcasing recent work.
This is an in‑office position.
Wage $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
