What You'll Do
Coordinate with crew members and the on-site foreman to complete general labor tasks such as erecting scaffolding, digging trenches, loading and unloading supplies, and removing debris and waste
Safely operate various equipment
Properly handle materials, store items, and secure construction sites
Report safety violations to management and maintain a safe, efficient environment

Physical requirements:
Able to travel on market based on project location (Occasionally)
Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment, including heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc. (Always)
Able to access all areas of the jobsite, including stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc. (Frequently)
Capable of working in physical positions such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending over, etc. (Always)
Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 75 lbs. (Frequently) Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work in confined spaces and around loud equipment (Frequently)
Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels (Occasionally)
Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces (Frequently)
Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations (Occasionally)
Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day (Always)
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards (Always)
Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items, walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials (Frequently)
While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear (Always)
Qualifications
1+ years of construction experience
Ability to lift heavy equipment
Valid driver's license
Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
Organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or thorough understanding of OSHA requirements (preferred)
Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
