Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of physical therapists, assistants, and support staff
Develop and implement department policies, goals, and objectives

Maintain a culture of clinical excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning
Oversee scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide direct patient care as needed
