With a team of over 600 staff members, we have completed more than 5,000 BIM projects in the United States and provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.
The Role Represent ENG to new and existing clients in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries, using your expertise to secure deals and establish long‑term partnerships. You will work closely with a team of 15 people in Sales & Marketing to manage the full end‑to‑end sales process.
Top Job Responsibilities
Develop business by leveraging your network and expanding relationships with new clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and, where applicable, our technology products.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends, then design and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Travel approximately 40% of the time (1‑3 trips per month, several days each).
Mandatory Requirements
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
5–10 years of experience in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries and residence in the United States (any other profile will not be considered).
