Senior Business Analyst – Digital Marketing
Join Nestlé as a Senior Business Analyst in Digital Marketing. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders to leverage data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build collaborative relationships to become trusted, strategic partners that enable stakeholders to achieve their goals.
Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop solutions to track, analyze, and communicate data-driven insights.
Lead the up-leveling of stakeholders by championing data fluency across the organization through documentation, training, and coaching.
Facilitate the development of new technical capabilities required to take advantage of upcoming digital transformation investments.
Translate business needs and requirements into projects, setting realistic milestones and deliverables.
Extract meaningful insights from various data sources using statistical and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
Design, build, and maintain data visualizations and other solutions to support business objectives, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Provide actionable, fact-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in analytics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the enabling and transformation of enterprise data sets to enable efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data quality, security, and integrity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years, 5 years preferred) in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools.
Expert-level proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M language), SQL, and standardized dashboard deployment.
Proficiency in other data analysis tools and programming languages (eg. Python) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to self-manage and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within the Out-of-Home CPG industry is preferred.
