Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, features, and purchasing processes via phone, email, and chat in German.
Provide detailed information on vehicle models, pricing, and financing options to assist customers in their decision‑making.
Assist customers with scheduling test drives and maintenance appointments, as well as addressing any concerns they may have.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow‑up and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure effective service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and promotional campaigns to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
Relocation to Greece for the duration of employment is necessary.
