We’re hiring a

Marketing Strategist

with deep experience in Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and agency-side strategic development. This role is ideal for someone who excels at architecting marketing plans, translating client goals into actionable go-to-market programs, and partnering with the New Business team to help win and deliver high-impact initiatives that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deepen strategic client relationships, ensuring success across ABM and demand generation initiatives

Develop insight-driven, integrated marketing strategies aligned to client objectives and high-value audiences

Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, delivering proactive guidance, insights, and measurable recommendations

Collaborate closely with the New Business team to align on campaign strategy, pipeline goals, and performance metrics

Join new business pitches to provide strategic POVs, program architecture, and thought leadership

Support internal Clarify marketing by contributing strategic insights, positioning guidance, and client success narratives

Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and QBR reports to senior client stakeholders

Identify opportunities to expand Clarify’s value within current accounts by uncovering growth levers, audience opportunities, and new ABM approaches

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution

Maintain a deep understanding of client priorities, market trends, audience behavior, and emerging best practices in ABM, demand generation, and B2B marketing

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, ideally in strategic or integrated marketing roles

Demonstrated success in building marketing strategies, consulting with clients, and guiding campaign direction

Strong background in ABM and Demand Generation strategy, including program design, execution oversight, and optimization

Experience collaborating with the New Business team to shape strategic campaigns and support deal wins

Tech, SaaS, or enterprise experience strongly preferred

Excellent communication, strategic storytelling, and consultative skills with senior stakeholders

Deep understanding of digital channels, marketing automation, CRM infrastructure, and performance measurement
