Be a Team Member
– Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools and resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service. Be an Expert
– Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS Tire‑Pressure Monitoring Systems, product specifications, seasonality, and Point of Sale systems. Be a Techie
– Leverages digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions. Be an Owner
– Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs, tracks returns and special orders, operates cash registers, maintains inventory, audits safety and compliance, reports hazards, completes paperwork, and assists members with purchasing decisions. Be a Talent Ambassador
– Acts as a brand advocate, models high‑quality service, and supports a team‑oriented culture, mentoring and inspiring others. Work with Integrity and Customer Focus
