Account Executive– Technical Staffing/Recruiting
Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of recruiting or sales experience in a high-volume staffing environment (IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
Proficient with MS Office and MAC OS
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Consultative and professional approach to sales and recruiting

Duties:
Prospecting and qualifying potential clients
Managing existing client relationships and expanding business through excellent service
Establishing and maintaining client relationships
Documenting sales activities and communications in CRM
Maintaining spreadsheets of requirements and project statuses
Collaborating with the delivery team on candidate presentation, interview scheduling, and salary negotiations
Reviewing resumes and qualifying candidates
Developing account strategies and revenue forecasting
Participating in industry events to promote the Genius Road brand
Providing feedback to support marketing initiatives
Supporting training of new team members
Staying updated on staffing trends and developing creative strategies for business growth
