POSITION DETAILS:
Weekly Salary plus Commissions and Bonuses Sales or any retail experience preferred but not required. We will train candidates with the right personality! Must like working with people! 5 day work week Reasonable annual income range $40,000 - $100,000 depending on performance Responsibilities: Greet customers and discuss their vehicle needs to determine models in inventory that would be a good fit. Provide customer with appropriate vehicle choices that fit their needs. Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road. Build relationships with the customers. Follow up with your customers after their phone call or showroom visit, throughout their purchase process and for duration of vehicle ownership. Use our CRM system to help you schedule your followup activities with customers you are working with or have previously worked with. Participate in Ford product training Work directly with sales managers who will help guide you through the process. REQUIREMENTS: Good communication skills Strong computer skills Professional appearance Good people skills Attention to Detail Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid drivers license We will provide product and systems training!
