Sales Representatives, Operations Managers, Customer Service Representatives Schedule:

Job Description:

We are expanding and looking for reliable, motivated

Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representatives, and Operations Managers

to help schedule, coordinate, and manage vehicle shipments for our clients across the United States.

This is a

remote, work‑from‑home position , conducted via telephone and computer.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms

Schedule and coordinate vehicle shipments

Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up

Work with internal teams and carriers to ensure smooth operations

Accurately update shipment details and customer records

For sales roles: handle inbound leads and close shipments professionally

For manager roles: oversee reps, workflows, and daily operations

Requirements:

Must

read, write, and speak English fluently

Strong communication and people skills

Self‑motivated and able to work independently

Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Familiarity with the

U.S. market

is required

Must be available to work

U.S. business hours

Previous customer service, logistics, or sales experience is a plus (not required for all roles)
