Actively participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects as well as support and maintenance projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Business Blueprint sessions, documentation, configuration, functional specifications, and unit/integration test scripts aligned with business requirements.
Work closely with Developers to create Functional Specifications and test forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
Develop Key User Training Documentation to empower users and ensure effective system adoption.
Ensure quality deliverables within designated project timelines.
Provide integration support for other SAP modules and external software.
Assist with helpdesk ticket resolution to support end-users.
